Mark Ford attended high school at Absegami High School studying college preparatory classes. Immediately after
graduation he joined the US Army. After serving nine years between the active and reserve components, he left the military to
study physics at Stockton State College. In 2003 he joined the staff of the Atlantic City Rescue Mission, serving as a chaplain,
where he learned case management. For a brief time he worked for CODI coordinating the 2nd Chance Mentorship Program at
the Atlantic County Justice Facility. During this time he attended multiple trainings and events such as the Safe Surrender event
held in Atlantic City and earned a certification for working with Veterans.
He is now leading Enphront Veteran’s Services, helping homeless veterans achieve independence and self-sufficiency.
